How do early adopters respond to a range of fake meats?
A taste testing dinner as part of our DA4GA research was held in Amsterdam April, 2012. We made a variety of experiements for our invited BetaTasters, including a faux charcuterie platter that featured all the fake meats we could find in Amsterdam, and a vegetarian Larb salad.
