Cultures of Biotech: First Person Eater is a digital dinner party game where players visit and explore the Center for Genomic Gastronomy building, making their way to the “Cultures of Biotechnology Tasting Room” and selecting from a menu featuring 10 years of the Center’s research into the food culture(s) of biotechnology. Menu items range from the De-Extinction Deli’s passenger pigeon, to Glowing Sushi, Fish Tomato, and more.
