‘FOOD: Bigger than the Plate’ is an exhibition and catalogue that explores themes from gastronomic experiments to urban farming, bringing together the politics and pleasure of food to ask how the collective choices we make can lead to a more sustainable, just and delicious food future.
Food: Bigger than the Plate is currently at the V&A Museum in London. The Center for Genomic Gastronomy served as expert consultants to the curatorial team and lots of the Center’s favorite food folks have installations in the show. The Center also are exhibited two artworks in the show: LOCI Food Lab & To Flavour Our Tears.
