This culinary event offers eaters a chance to explore recipes and taste-test research about the genomes and biotechnologies that make up the human food systems of planet Earth.<\/p>\n<p>In collaboration with <a href=\"http:\/\/gorillameats.com\/\">Gorilla Meats Meat Club<\/a> and Heather Julius from<a href=\"http:\/\/snowsupper.blogspot.com\/\"> Special Snowflake Supperclub<\/a>, the Center will serve a six-course meal, creating a delicious synthesis of Genomic Gastronomy research undertaken over the past year.
