Cultures of Biotech: First Person Eater<\/strong> is a digital dinner party game where players visit and explore the Center for Genomic Gastronomy building, making their way to the \u201cCultures of Biotechnology Tasting Room” and selecting from a menu featuring 10 years of the Center’s research into the food culture(s) of biotechnology. Menu items range from the De-Extinction Deli’s passenger pigeon, to Glowing Sushi, Fish Tomato, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
