WELCOME TO THE O.F.F.I.C.E (Other Food Futures including Cuisine & Ecology)—a space for conviviality and conversations about food, technology and open culture.

In addition to presenting ten years worth of publications, prints and videos by the Center for Genomic Gastronomy, the O.F.F.I.C.E. hosted O.F.F.I.C.E. Hours & O.F.F.I.C.E. Meetings, two flavours of mixed-reality events where members of the The Center beamed in via the O.F.F.I.C.E. video conference system in the gallery.

In December 2020, the O.F.F.I.C.E. opened at MU Artspace in Eindhoven, for 24 hours and the following day the Netherlands went into COVID-19 lockdown. We were able to host a number of O.F.F.I.C.E. Hours and O.F.F.I.C.E. Meeting events though. Visit the exhibition virtually online and watch an interview with Cathrine Kramer and Zack Denfeld below.
