The objective of this installation is to combine citizen science and artistic methods in order to prototype new relationships between eaters, the human food system and microorganisms.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A series of culinary forensics experiments were hosted as part of the 2014 Future Everything City Fictions<\/a> exhibition.<\/p>\n
