Planetary Sculpture Supper Clubs explore the ways planetary patterns change in response to how and what humans eat.<\/p>\n
In the summer of 2013, the Planetary Sculpture Supper Club dished out unusual cuisines and exciting conversations in Portland, Oregon. Topics ranged from the de-extinction debate, to the GMO wheat found in Oregon’s fields, to a national dish for Cascadia.\u00a0Through a series of three dinner events, this 6-course experimental supper club\u00a0served up a collection of foods, recipes and stories that pointed to the varied ways that humans sculpt the planet\u2019s biosphere.\u00a0<\/p>\n
